One of the most loved content creators at Buzzfeed since she joined the company in 2015, Safiya Nygaard has struck out on her own to create her own self-titled YouTube channel, which already has almost 700,000 subscribers.

A 2014 graduate of Stanford University, Chicago-born Nygaard co-created the incredibly popular Ladylike series on Buzzfeed as well as contributing to numerous other videos.
